About Us

My name is Jake Hunter. I've been a barber for 6 years. I started cutting hair when I was 22 years old. I apprenticed at the shop I've always went to growing up. I love being a barber because I'm able to be myself at work. I also love making people feel good about themselves. Barbering is like an art form to me and allows me to express myself for who I am.

I have traveled to different cities to do classes and demonstrations. This craft has really opened a lot of doors for me and allowed me to build meaningful relationships. After being in the industry for 6 years I decided it was time to create my own men's hair products. My partner Matt and I chose to label our products 13 in honor of my older brother that passed away 5 years ago. His birthday was October 13th so naturally lucky 13 was his favorite number. I hope you enjoy our products half as much as we did creating them.
